Ordered lots of food last night. Daughter enjoyed her chips + cheese and cheeseburger, and I enjoyed my hotdog, despite it being on a panini rather than a hotdog baguette as written on the app. Having no teeth this made it harder to eat but I managed it. The chips that came as part of the meal deals were overcooked crinkle chips and greasy. The drinks we ordered (bottle of lucozade and 2 cans of coke) were cold but all stated they were from a multipack and not for individual resale so in this aspect they are breaking the law!The thing that makes them get a "terrible" review was the chicken and sweetcorn wrap though. First bite and I bit straight into a half inch long chicken bone! This could've cracked a tooth but given I don't have any it caused me significant pain in my gum! Didn't rush having another bite! I'd saved this until the evening so they were closed and I was unable to complain directly but upon contacting scoffable, who then contacted the Coal Miners Cabin (CMC) this morning. I was offered £5 off my next order from the CMC. Yea I'm not going to order from here again so requested a refund - which was refused on the grounds that I'd paid cash and they're not willing to bring it to me! TLTR: questionable food with bones in it and poor customer service upon raising issues!!

Ordered chips steakpie when it came chips were very under cooked it was a small bells steak pie not what i was hoping for. Called them up lady was nice enough and refunded me my money back. But dont think i will be using them again sorry

Ordered a chicken tikka panini but they gave me plain chicken with no cheese so was very dry. The good came in paper bags inside a plastic bag so the condensation made the food very damp. Toastie was nice if it wasnt soggy.

Food was great had the large hotdog in baguette was delicious with chips n gravy well worth a visit. They have an extended menu with lots to choose from.
