HiThank you for taking time and reviewing us. Very sorry about the delay. We tried our best to do the alternatives on Saturday, But the road conditions were extremely difficult and did not help. It was purely because of the road conditions and blocking on some of the roads. Usually 99% deliveries we deliver before scheduled time. For sure we will plan ahead for the situations like this in future to avoid the delay in deliveries. Thank you
