Purchased a LOT of meals from this vendor, and gave top marks, but after having to spend an extra £3.20 last night in order to check out, and get two bags of re-heated chips, is a disgrace!!

Waited 2 hours. Chips and onion rings were cold. Due to condensation the bag was soaked. Making the onion rings all soggy and the chips the same.
