Waited 2 hours. Chips and onion rings were cold. Due to condensation the bag was soaked. Making the onion rings all soggy and the chips the same.

The food is great and we've been loyal customers for years now, came back after poor service, Back to poor service. If you guys are so busy then invest in the business don't piss off your loyal customers. Sadly, going elsewhere...!

I always order from them but tonight we waited over 2 hours for our food and when it arrived it was cold. We couldnt send it back and wait more time for replacement food so I had to reheat it at home I tried contacting them but the line was constantly engaged and was informed they had probably taken the phone off the hook to catch up with orders. I feel that they shouldnt be taking orders when they cant cope with them. It would be helpful if there was a way to be told the wait time on the app before placing your orderNot looking for any compensation but it may be worth taking note of the feedback
