First time Ive used this takeaway. Food was hot on delivery. Very tasty what we ordered. Special fish and king Rib. We Will be having another takeaway from there in the next few weeks.

Ordered only for order to bounce back from takeaway.Customer service then messaged to say it was closed unexpectedly.Told my payment would go back in my account in 1-5 working days.Okay for me but imagine you dont have a lot of cash at the moment.Decided to call myself and they were open.Girl on call seemed bemused by my call.Firstly said Scoffable machine was not working then stated it wasnt on for orders.Told them to forget my order and Ill go elsewhere.Then a message from Scoffable to say they had called and dinner on way.Also given a £10 voucher from Scoffable.Come on guys at the shopYou need to get your act together

Tha batter on the Fish was very hard ,I had to break it off to eat the fish, plus too many chips 👎

Delivery A.S.A.P. meant a chase-up after an hour and half wait. The chap was rude in tone saying he didn't have our order, then he said he did and was about to put it together. Food was cold when it arrived. In future we'll save our delivery fee and pick it up ourselves or even just go elsewhere!I think this begs the question did customers get their food in a preferred timeslot and anything A.S.A.P. was tagged on as and when?

Seems much better than it used to be. Actually enjoy their fish supper better than the brig! Piping hot, correct condiments on correct orderfast delivery no complaints!

The pizza had broken up before they put it in the fryer and so all the oil had soaked into the bread, it was inedible.

The chips were not as good as the last time I had them!

So disappointed. A chicken kebab full of cold flubber. Asked for separate sauces, got charged 60p each but sauces where on kebabs. Salad was lettuce and cabbage! No tomato. Obviously changed owners as it used to be great. I wont be back!

The burger had no bun. The gravy was stodgy, we had ordered at 9:11 and it didnt turn up until 22:50. I had about 15 chips in a munchy box and the pizza was slightly burnt and kebab was cold!! Not happy at all

Arrived 2 hours later which I understand as it can get really busy but the ice cream arrived half melted, the milkshakes had made the straws soggy and the fritters were rubbery and a bit warm. I do normally rate this place really well but tonight was really bad. Dont let it put you off tho as collection is always tasty however getting a delivery again Im not sure I will.
