We put in instructions no veg (onions) in the calzone, which we have in-fact got. I will expect a full refund for this considering it was clearly stated no veg. Its not very hard to put literally less work into making food by not putting a usual item into the product.

There was a 3 bits of hair in my chips

The hoogie that was ordered came as a wrap with the contents inside (not wrapped)
