We ordered 2 donar kebabs the meat was very dry and crispy, over cooked and cold.

Pizza a mess and slightly undercooked. Felt rushed as was close to closing time.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery, had to call about delivery, to be told it was delivered , no it was delayed to wrong address , delivery was made again but now was over 2.5 hours late

Weve ordered here a few times now and the food has always been good. Its easy to order, delivered promptly and is delicious.

Order two gourmet cheeseburger, they come with salad and sauce, chicken tikka nachos and also spicy chips. The burgers came and were plain with a tiny processed cheese slice covering not even a quarter or the burger. No salad, no sauce and we're clearly the cheaper burger option they offer. Nachos were absolutely disgusting! Chips were half cooked and most of them were hard! Phoned the shop and got told that I ajd to select the options for salad and sauce on my burger, that's correct for the cheaper option bit the gourmet burgers are supposed to come with salad and sauce as on the description and there is no options to change or edit it, it goes straight to your basket. Told the man this and he was very rude, told me to leave a.comment and hung up. I used to rave about the gourmet burgers. Staff definitely need to be taught customer service!!

Donner kebab was made of mostly salad Pakora soggy chicken burger very poor quality and the roll was soggy as was the chips. Expensive and didnt lend itself to the delivery process as most of the food was soggy due to it steaming in a plastic bag. This is my first time using the delivery and it will be the last Food went straight in the bin

Tower burger=1 burger and one slice of donner meat,no salad,no sauce. Luckily we paid for extra sauce. It was a very sorry excuse for tower burger.Donner roll=hardly any meat in it at all,no salad,no sauce.So including chips i was £22. Had both these from other takeaways and nearly needed a fork and knife to eat. First and last time eating here.
