Special fried rice had a different sauce than usual and had vegetables in it that again isn't usually in the dish! Whatever the sauce was imcjanged the flavour of the usually great dish. Sweet n sour Cantonese was almost like jelly when it arrived. Disappointing tonight but 95% if the time it's 4-5 stars, tonight however it's 2-3. Was also a half hour later for delivery that was told

Mostly good, but took a long time to get delivered. Thai Green curry not as expected - it was tasty enough but thick sauce & yellow coloured and didn't contain the ingredients listed such as the usual baby aubergines.

Wrong order again!!!!! Use Great Wall a lot and more and more times the order is wrong! Ordered skewered Great Wall Satay and got a stirfried one. Very disappointed again!

I live within a 5 minute drive from the store and our dinner was warm - cool at 5.10pm. The chips must have been cooked more than once as they were dried out with no soft potato inside and tasted stale. My son had crispy shredded chilli chicken within a few bites he said it didnt taste the same as normal , I had chicken satay and I was the same it had very little satay taste to it, the chicken was of odd texture and I didnt eat much of it . Noodles were very strong in taste and fried rice was tasteless. I had to heat up the dinner as it was cool on hope it would then taste better. We ordered around a month ago and we had the same situation, which is sad as we ordered regularly from Great Wall but due to being let down on the last few occasions we have tried other shops which are now far superior in quality and taste. I hope they listen to feedback and change their ways as the have friendly store and delivery staff and we would like to use them again if the food was to go back to their old standards .

I had ordered our meal to be collected at 7.30pm. I arrived a few minutes past 7.30pm and our meal had clearly been sitting a while as it was luke warm and the curry was congealed. Very disappointed as the food it usually excellent and piping hot.

My go to Chinese takeaway. Always fantastic food.
