However, it was a very busy day for us, and we managed to serve many customers without any issues. On the same day, we delivered to another neighbor in your building twice, and they, as one of our regular customers, did not have any complaints.Just as you called us before placing your order, you could have also contacted us immediately after receiving your meal if there was any issue. We would have been more than happy to resolve it for you. However, instead, you chose to contact Scoffable customer service 1-2 hours after the delivery to report your dissatisfaction. It would have been more effective if you had reached out to us directly within that time frame so we could address your concerns right away.Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.
