Since 2010, Scoffable has been your local easy-to-use takeaway ordering service. Over the years, we’ve gathered lots of data about what products our customers want. We noticed a gap in the market, and we’re delighted to announce the launch of a new premium soft drink.

After the Soft Drinks Levy (more often known as the Sugar Tax) was introduced in Scotland, many soft drinks manufacturers changed the recipe of their drinks to reduce the amount of sugar. This fundamentally changed the taste, as the drink either had to become less sweet or the sweetness had to be created using artificial sweeteners.
Lovers of the affected drinks were left without their favourites, and there is a clear trend in Scoffable order data showing a shift away from these products to other options. Scoffable customers were clear: they didn’t want reduced sugar recipes.
We’ve spent more than three years working on a soft drink that wasn’t at the mercy of these flavour changes. It’s an authentic recipe which doesn’t rely on artificial sweeteners to create a fantastic taste.
